A Kick ass cardio circuit

Cardio Circuit not for the faint hearted




This may not look like a usual cardio circuit and there isn’t a Cross trainer in site! But trust me give it a go and tell me your lungs aren’t bursting at the end of it.

You see if you’re wanting to build an athletic looking physique you’ve got to train in a way that’s going to challenge all of your muscles.

With this circuit I completed 8 rounds, this was round 4 that was filmed. I rested for one minute between rounds.

If you want to give it a try pick a weight that is challenging for 10 reps but that is not going to kill you on the first round, that’s for another session.

The beauty with this type of cardio training is you can choose any compound exercises and change them up each workout.
