I offer cutting edge training and nutritional plans, but I also love to hear how anyone gets on using the plans so please get in touch and I’ll post your results on the website.
I have been personal training for over 10 years and have trained clients from all backgrounds from athletes to actors and anyone in between. During this time I have developed a great understanding of the human body what it can achieve. I pride myself on challenging traditional methods of training if I do not think they are backed up by enough scientific evidence.
I train my clients at my personal training studio in the centre of Leeds, check out my studio here. You’ll notice there is no fixed resistance equipment that’s because I believe in training the human body how it was designed to work using total body movements with no restrictions on planes of motion.
