Total Body Kettlebell Fat Burner

Here’s a sample plan from one of my Total Body Fat Burner plans. I love the versatility the Kettlebell brings and the fact it can burn up to 900 Kcal in one single session!

Perform this workout as a circuit completing 20 reps of each exercise before moving onto the next with no rest. Rest 1-2 mins in between circuits and perform these¬†circuits for 20 – 30 minutes or until you drop…..
